Hello everyone,
I've already learned a lot reading other questions and asking my own.
I'm a late surfer, want to get into it a 30 years old. I want to take advantage of the good waves here in Chile.
Like all, I'm deciding about my first board so absorbing everything I can from this nice community.
Saludos

Hello,
Welcome. Similar to you, I started later in life at 28 and am still lovin' it 7 years later...surfing SoCal. Practicing 3-4 times a month was initially tough, but I've gradually improved and really enjoy the sport. Does the water stay warm year round in Chile?

On the contrary, we have very cold waters year long. A wetsuit is a must here. However, apparently we have good waves.
