Surfing Waves

Aloha all...
I came across this and thought it was cool so I thought I'd check it out. Live in Hawaii on one of the outer islands and am endlessly surf stoked !!! been surfing from 6 years of age and have NEVER stopped, never will. I have surfed some of the finest Hawaiian Juice and have really enjoyed and connected with the northern cold... wetsuit technology has come soooo far!

Welcome but a little puzzled about northern cold in an outer Hawaiian island. Does hmmmmm = brrrrrrrrr! What does an outer islander call cold?

I am from an outer island also. I just heard someone say surfers from Kauai are more rugged and more fit because the water is colder there but mostly they don't wear wet suits. Wecome

you got that right! Brrrrrr... but the emptiness of the water and wildlife around you is totally breathtaking.... looking out from the inside of a deep tube .... as if that wasn't enough.. at sheer beauty and wild nature...

I have seen pictures of the empty waves and beautiful scenery of the Alaska coastline. Maybe you can post some picture for us all?
