Female Surfer from the sunny sunny uk!!

Hello everyone!
Did it take anyone else a minute or 2 to figure out how to post or was that just me?! Anyways, hello! I finally signed up to the forum after reading the posts for about a year and just figured I should probably actually sign up. Its just nice to know theres groups of people to ask if you have an surf/equipment issues and also I like some of the stories put up, its makes for fun reading!
I started surfing about 10years ago and its mainly been in warmer places like the canary islands (not too many sharks) and then Bali, South America and Australia (Way to many sharks!). Im back in the UK now and I've been living here for the last couple of years and as much as I love it, it does get a bit chilly. Im actually looking outside at the waves as we speak and its freezing and hood, boots and gloves weather but I'm going to give it a bash after I've finished writing this!
I really like filming and taking surf photos (i just filmed a funny edit in Australia
if you want to see how we surf!) but i need to get better at it so if anyone has any advice or tips then that would be great. I look forward to chatting with you all and hope you're all having a great weekend!
