Hi,
X is what I am-blew out my knees 100 years ago ....so I surf by proxy. Just found you thought I'd trip around. I've never heard the term Grey Suits for sharks, which is pretty cool, when I surfed early 1980's. I was too busy trying to get from the pit over the hill without getting busted for cutting school. Never too late to learn what you guys know! Now, 100 years later I still have some seaweed in my brain and it's a good thing!
X

Pleas don't be an X there are so many ways to surf not just the stand up variety!
There are boogie boards , there are mats you could even go so far as the be a paipo surfer.

For the uninformed paipo is a wooden very thin board that you lie on to surf. You swim onto the wave and a ride they are very very fast extremely easy to duck dive the only thing that might a problem is those knees but they can kick enough to swim then you are back in the game.
With a paipo every wave is overhead.
mats are the same but a lot harder to duck dive abut if they have a handle no problems, When I'm using my mat I swim out with it barely inflated and blow it up outside the break!

But whether you come back to Roxy or remain by proxy welcome!
