Surfing Waves

Hi from the Isle of Wight!

Ok, don't laugh, but I am 42 years old and am getting back into surfing after a 14-year absence. I haven't been on a board since 1998 :shock:

but am getting back into it this autumn. I wasn't the best surfer in the world to begin with, I can (could!) stand up and do turns but I am happy catching waves, standing up, going along and having a good time. Busting airs isn't (wasn't) my style. :mrgreen:

It'll be interesting to see what I can still do... :roll:

Good for you, getting back into the water. I'm sure it will all come flooding back! Let us know how you get on.
