Winter Wetsuit

What winter wetsuit should I buy ? Im gonna be surfing in COLD water , North East England and I want a new one. I was looking at a C-SKINS
Wired HD 6/4mm, which has a hood too, BUt oneill do some nice looking winter suits like the Muant or Heat. What should I be looking at ?

I use my Billabong Oscilator 5-4-3mm , keeps me warm !

Xcel make the best winter suits. Im currently using the Billabong Gold Solution which works fine, but I wish I had the Xcel Infinity instead
