I have like, really long, loose threads hanging off it in places. Wtf?

actually, sorry, I should be abit more precise about what I'm asking.
is it fleshed? Or is that normal for a wetsuit? It's six months old and has seen quite a lot of use in that six months.

It was dirt cheap, i.e £20 from ebay, but they are about £100-150 in the shops. It was a kangaroo poo.
I'm not too fussed if it's knackered, I'll just buy another one, this one does give me huge waterballooned ankles when i get out, but it's comfortable so I don't want to throw it unless I have to.

Words of wisdom!
Thanks. Here I am worrying about loose threads, and you've cut straight to the heart of the matter.

...But if its full of water, it doesnt fit right
A couple of kilos of water round your ankles dont half make it difficult to surf.
