I havnt tried one , but i guess it wont be a decent wetsuit, also it depends on how often you surf. I would rather pay a bit more and get a better quality suit ......

I could never wear just a shorty in the UK i'm too nesh. But i'd be dubious about the quality.

I've eaten their beans and drank their wine (£1.50 for a bottle of hock... ah, happy student days) so I wouldnt be trusting their sports kit...

for £20 surely it's worth a go. if it rips, you take it back and get your money back.

only buy it tho if it hasn't ALDI branding on it. the sham of walking down the beach. sponserd by ALDI. it'll be something dipcurve or ripabong..

I've just got two 3mm full wetsuits from Lidl for 24.99 each, and the fit is fine :D

...but its not the fit that defines 'quality' (and hence 'usefulness') its the seams. If they're cheaply stitched, you'll get cold.

Yup that will be the test.

The stitching is Flat Locked so will definately get a few flushes, will have to see if it's bearable :)

ive worn a shorty in summer and its just about ok. ive got a fullsuit fot this summer though. i think for a summer suit quality is less important. never buy a poor quality winter suit though.
