hard roof rack question HELP!!

hard roof rack question HELP!!

im looking to buy a hard roof rack i have rails going length wise of my car about 1.5" high on a 2006 subaru impreza wagon i baught a new board but i cant get it even to my house without a rack please help, i just want a rack that will attach to the stock rails????
