IXPS foam is a new material. The IXPS foam is originated from the XPS foam, a Japanese chemical technology. Besides, it has made improvement on its capability so that it is more suitable for shaping and riding surfboards.

It is glassed with epoxy resin and some kind of polyester resin. It isn\'t the conventional PU system; it\'s recyclable and environmentally friendly. IXPS Foam is very White, light, durable, and with a good flex. Weight is EPS and an about the same feeling, Density is very airtight and quality to exceed PU. This foam is suitable for Machine or hand shaping and its lightness makes it very suitable for mold board shaping. Thermal expansion, a hole by the atmospheric pressure expansion are not necessary.
