Anyone know any products that can help to prevent and/or heal underarm rash after long sessions

Use vasaline before you put you suit on.... it will help.

a rashvest if your not using one allready...

and put Sudo cream on the affacted area afterwards.

try sticking plaster over abit of a bitch when coming off but worked for me.
