The area around where my knee hits when I duckdive has become a little soft and has made a dent. This has make some fine cracks along the stringer, there not open, but I was wondering, is this ok or should I get it fixed ASAP. Now I know this is happens, but should I worry at all?

All boards have pressure dings with cracks (except new ones), there not a big problem. As long as it's watertight. Try using your foot when you duckdive it is much more forgiving to your board then using your knee.

Yeah I found later that my foot bettween the tail (I have a fish) works best. The cracks are along the stringer, are you still sure thats ok?

If you want to know for sure go to your local shop and bring your board and show them. They will know.

I know somebody who has the same problem of cracks across the stringer. you need to keep your eye on it, incase it does make a crack through and lets water in. But normally, they remain small dints where the fibre glass has bent in but not cracked.
