I think this board is pretty nice, and i really like the price too. is 7S a pop out company? i really like the price, style, and design. im about 6 foot 5 so i thought the 6' 7" would be a good size. im used to my nsp 6' 8" which is a great size, im just tired of having such a heavy clunker. plus ive been convinced out of riding a pop out anymore. btw i ride mostly at hunting island, sc, but next year im moving to the bigger waves around folly beach, sc. average size is knee to waist high, but every now and then we see some head high. what do you all think?

Don't really know enough about boards yet to comment on size etc, but I think that's a well sexy looking stick!

looks fishy. the extra width it has should (from my judgement) carry its own in smallish surf that you described..if its the right price, go for it...surfboards are ridiculously expensive now a days...

i think the price is the best part of this board. brand new only 355, which is a lot better than most new boards. its supposed to be a quality company too. ive never owned a fish before, am i gonna have to pump like a maniac to keep it going or do people just do that for fun

Surfed Georgia (Tybee) on something way smaller, as it was real shorey the size didn't matter too much, quite sucky presume the waves up thre are similar?
So as an answer that will be fine.

tybee gets a little bit better surf than hunting island i believe, but when your this far south the contiential shelf is really kicking in. Folly beach has some nice waves, go to follywaves.com and check out there pictures.

Hey buddy, I'm near you, I'm a Georgia guy. I picked up a 7S board not too long ago, almost the exact same board, but clear with blue decals.

I've heard alot of good things about them, especially at the price, but I have yet to get the frigin thing in the water because I've been out of town for work.

When I do get out to the coast (I live in Columbus, GA), we should meet up and catch a couple waves.
