cracked board after few rides from feet?

I bought a new doyle 9' board - first time surfer. Second time out wave took it and slammed the nose into the ground causing a major crack - nose was pushed up. So.. the shop was cool and gave me the same board again for $100. I took it out a few more times.. finally got up and was riding. Waves weren't big....enough to start on anywhere up to 5 ft...mostly 3 probably. Went out the other day and right where my front foot goes I noticed a small crack - and indents from my feet. Im about 190 lbs - would expect the board to be able to handle it. Haven't fallen on my board. Its a small crack but definitely pushed down and a small edge on it I can feel with my nail - enough for a little water to squeek by. Is this normal? I feel like - oh..... the board should be able to handle me standing on it without cracking. Them im thinking maybe my knee hit it standing up without knowing - I don't know. I know boards ding and dent all the time.. but this easily? This is an epoxy resin board - which I understood it was tougher - thats why I got it.
Thoughts?

That isn't normal.
When you got the board for $100, was that a brand new board?

Yeh that doesnt sound normal, either the board is really bad quality or you did something to it (do you jump up and down when you surf?)

original was $400, then it broke. I brought it back and they said no manufacturer warranties boards.. everything must've lined up just right that time with blunt force to the nose. They checked into repair.. and it was $175, so they said we'll eat a little of the cost and give you a new one for $100 to try to take care of you... same exact 9' doyle...brand new. now I have that little crack at my front foot spot.

well the "indents" are normal, they usually happen for any board. Their called pressure dings or marks, and their just caused from the constant pressure of ur foot being on that spot when u surf. As for the crack, thats no good, you should take it to the shop and they should be able to fix it easly with little cost. or you could buy some "solarez" and fix it urself, its a pretty simple process. but definately get it fixed, cause u dont want any water leaking in. also a 9 foot board for a beginner is a bit too big, and if your surifng at beach where the waves breaks closer to the shore "shore break" you could be defintaley putting ur longboard into some dangerous situiation, especially since ur just a beginner.

heres some pics. anyone else's wetsuit bleed so much black onto their board?
a local shop here I visited today gave 6 month warranty on their boards. wish I knew about them before I got it from first place. So is the general idea something is wrong with these boards? Are doyles supposed to be tough (not that I did anything to it anyway)?
The 9' where Im surfing (sunset beach) has been good for me.. I feel ok on it.. can get up on it ok for the most part and ride it in.

a ding from? I haven't hit it on anything, or fallen on it. Just gotten up on fairly small waves. Thats it. Its right where the feet indentations are although you prob can't see that texture on the picture.

I think he meant pressure dings, so he's saying that the wax wasn't getting down there, and making it looks weird.
So definately get the wax off, or atleast that area. Sand works good, or shaping dust is better if you have a bucket on hand by chance.
Scrape, rub, scrape, rub....

I see, My question is though.. should I try to return this.. or is this normal? the guy at the other shop today thought it wasn't normal.. and they warranty for 6 months. What are your thoughts from looking at this?

If you've got a warranty, and any doubt, I'd say take it in.
Hey, you paid for the warranty for a reason, might as well take them up on the offer.

yea return it if u can. otherwise just fix it yourself or bring it to someone. ive never heard of dinging your board from standing on it, you must be jumping on it or something
