i've just bought a pair of o'neills split toe boots from shore, they were reduced to £12.50! haven't worn them yet (well not in the water anyway! :D ) so don't know what they're like, but they were only £12.50!!!

Get ones with the velcro strap around the ankle - MUCH better at keeping water from flushing in and out, and avoids the balloon-full-of-water effect at the bottom of your legs

No doubt someone will disagree with me, but the split toe ones are uncomfortable, and the big toe gets chilly 'cos its isolated all on its own :?

I use these...

Ze Booties!

...and they're really good. And a bargain at £16 at the moment! :D

Ive got these: https://surfing-waves.com/shop/itemSHone2229x.htm buy them, they are great! 8)

DBB i find the big toe does get colder but balance is improved by the spread of your toe's.

You've oviously got longer skinnier toes than my short little stumpy ones that dont spread enough to make the slightest difference!
