Hey guys, I'm pretty psyched about this. Thought I'd get your guys' thoughts. I live in Columbus Georgia, and there's a guy in Macon, GA (hour or so away). This guy wants 125 for this board, says he paid 450 for it. He doesn't know what the measurements are...I'm still waiting for a phone call back. He said he'd "measure it" later...I told him to just read me the measurements on the bottom when he got home. He thinks it's right at 6'0 or+/- an inch.

He says there are two professionally fixed dings, one near the nose and one on the bottom near the fins that was a crack from traveling from GA to FLA.

I've rode on a 6'2", so I'm prepared to have a slightly harder time on the board if it's 6'0". The board is so close (an hour away which is awesome), and it seems like a really good deal. The kid doesn't seem to know anything about what he has, so I might be gettings a REAL good deal. He's willing to meet halfway after I get some more info so I can take a look at it. Just seeing what you guys think.

You have to think as a landlocked, desperate surfer wh is buying his first board.

Sounds too good to be true for sure.... but from thoese pics its looks solid.. Is that a pressure ding between the fins?

Talking about to the right of the logo? I'm not sure. If it, how much should that affect my opinion on purchasing it? I think he said it cracked somewhere on the under near the fins, and it got professionally repaired.

Presure dings arnt too much of an issue, just keep an eye on them as its a weak spot.

At that price I don't think it will but you can try!

Good price, good looking board, but if the guy paid 450 for it, he didn't get a deal, I was looking at the same board in a surf shop recently for 325....

Though if you like it, do it.

Spoke with him again, sounds like it might be 5'11"
I'm 6'0" MAYBE 6'1" 135 lbs. So I'm kinda weighing if I want to spend $125 on a board that will have a pretty steep learning curve. I'm ok on a 6'2" so I dunno...

He'll have some additional pics and complete measurements mailed by tuesday morning. Thanks for your guys' help!

Get the measurements, but seems like a pretty decent board for $125.

The measurements are 5'8" x 18 x 2 1/8

I'm kinda bummed, thats four more inches shorter.
Should I even bother, riding mostly east coast waves and being a semi-beginner?

I would have to advise against it.
It just seems too short for you IMHO.

Dang, that thing is tiny...

If you think you are really getting a deal, you could buy it and re-sell it.
