Hey guys,
I'm about to buy a 7'6'' Bic Performer as there is some super deal with bag, leash, etc. I am a beginner(at the learning how to turn phase) and it'll be my first board. Just wanted to check with you connoisseurs that I'm not making a big error in judgment. I am 75 kg(165 pounds), 1m80(5'11''). Plan to be surfing a lot in the next year so want something I can improve on. wadda ya think? thx

Hey there ,I bought that board about a month ago and I'm really liking it! There's a surprisingly big difference in volume from a bic 7'9 but it's easier to handle/ carry etc. I've had no trouble standing up and balancing on it! (Before I get too tired and lazy of course!) I'm 5 ft 3 . Maybe a longer board would catch more unbroken waves but I think this board is great for when you're learning. Hope this helps and good luck with the surfing!

Thx

You've gotta give it to boardshop. Tons of free stuff with the board and next day delivery. Only problem was when I ordered my board they sent me free warm water wax. Not ideal for devon in late october...
