Cleaning your wetsuit

Hey

I've just got a quick kook question about wetsuits. I've noticed that there is a fair bit of wax starting to accumulate in certain areas of my suit... mainly on the seams on my but where I sit on my board. Anyway, is there any effects this may have on how long my suit lasts? I don't really care about having it there and I can't really be bothered to clean it off... unless it will save me money in the long run. If it should be cleaned off, how do you remove it? I soak my suit in fresh water after I use it which doesn't do anything for the wax.

Cheers,
Scott

wax will not do your suit any harm, looking after your suit by rinsing it after use and keeping it out of the sun are the main things to do to get the best from your wettie
