Thinking about getting a new board

Hey. I'm 14. I'm about 5'7". i weigh about 115 . and i want to get a new shortboard. im not exactly sure what to get. i live on long island and the wavbes dont get huge. and i've only been surfing about a year. do you thin this is a good board? Can you recommend anything?

Please don't say your actually going to spend that much money on a board because of blue flames? :?

It's a bit of an aqward shaped board. Also, where do you surf?

I'm around that height as well but I dont weigh as much. A friend of mine told me to get a 5"10 board since my 6"6 looks like a gun on me :( .

Well if the waves dont get that big anf you have been surfing a year riding a performance short board is not going to be of much use. I seem to remember you had picked out a webber afterburner , they are great boards , but I would plum for a webber fat burner if I was in your position. A good board to have.
