wetsuit stitching?

I'm looking to buy a wetsuit, and I called around my area asking about appropriate size for the winter. I was told a good quality 3/2 full suit with good wetsuit stitching would be suitable, as opposed to a full 4/3. He was mentioning something about something better than blind stitching, and liquid tape? I couldn't find any proper posts about stitching and the various differences it has on a suit.

I havent seen or heard anything mentioned better than blindstiched and glued or taped seams but you may find these sites helpful:

Thanks. I probably misheard the guy on the phone. And as you say, looking at all the new suits and designs on the internet, looks like blindstitching is the top standard.

Do you guys think this is a scam? There is no telephone number listed...I don't know if it is common practice for resalers to be buying new suits and selling them at discounted price in large quantities. The add doesn't sound too professional either.

Wouldnt want to judge but if in doubt - dont do it. If it seems to good to be true it proberly is.

Cynical; me? Never! :)
