finding the perfect board
Posted: Mon Oct 02, 2006 8:04 pmhey guys, its me again. i opened this topic, because many people, like me, are not sure of what the perfect board dimensions would be for them. so i made this topic in which anyone can post if you're unsure of what board size to get.
i'll start with myself. i already have a board that was passed down to me, but i might have the great luck of getting sum extra cash, and with sum money i might get as a present, im gonna have enough to get myself a brand new board. at a local surf shop i can give them the exact dimensions i want, and they'll make it for me (with an extra price obviously). here are sum things about my surfing to help u guys help me:
-i normally surf 3-6 feet waves
-i've only surfed about 7 times in total in a period of about 2 months
-i can confidently stand up on a 9'8
-i am looking forward to surfing much more in the future
-i am also very serious about my surfing (altho i have a long way to go
)
