Is this just aesthetic damage or would it affect the use

I recently purchased a new soft top surfboard from Ocean and Earth to continue the learning process.
The board arrived with damage to the nose of the board. The supplier offered to either replace or apply a big discount as they say it is cosmetic and won’t affect the performance of the board (as much performance as can be expected from a foamie)
Do you think I should accept the discount or request a new board? There is a slight bulge in the slick close to the nose and wrinkles in the foam, please see the photos below.

You laid out your money, I would get a replacement… Oand E are a pretty reputable company once you choose buy as is less discount there is no call back

What did you pay for it originally ?

How much of a "big discount" are they willing to give you ?

( If it's 40% off, I'd take the discount )

In the end they offered my €50 euros off, not quite the big discount I was expecting.
I’ve asked them to send a new one out and collect the damaged product.
