Tell me i was not being scammed

I am a newbie and was trying to get a second hand surf board to start my surfing journey. I have just bought this, and the seller told me that there are damaged (as image), how ever it was sent to back to the surf shop and well reglassed. I have to admit that i did not check careful enough, and pay attention to every detail of the cracks, as i brought it back home, i discovered some of the cracks are not be treated (i saw the reglass treatment tracks on some of the dings). I trusted him, I bought it with a relatively good price, and rest of the part of the board is pretty clean and nice.

Are these dings or cracks matter to surf? I just wanna learn how to surf properly thats why I dont mind there is ding, especially he told me that all well fixed, but I am just now worry about those would affect the performance of the board said water running into it. Is it any way i can test it without trying it at the beach?
If it doesnt really hugely affect my learning process, I will be fine with it. Thanks to everyone who spend time on me this newbie. Cheers.

What length is that board ?

How tall are you ?

Being that it is FCS2, taking on and off the fin will increase that crack even more, since it has not been repaired properly ( or he bottom out on the reef again after he got it repaired the first time )

I am curious to know why you would pay out sour hard earned cash without a thorough checking of the board hmmm we often get newbies to post picture of the board before they buy , or suggest they use a surfing friend system where you buddy up and check the board out.
Secondhand is often a great option, but so is getting the right board for your skill and progress level.
It is always let the buyer beware Seller will always give the buyer what they want, regardless if you don’t heed good advice
Hmmmmmm so how tall and how much do you weigh, age is a factor too younger you may adapt if the board is not suitable
