Anyone know what type of fin this is?

Hey everyone, someone gave me this fin along with a windsurf board setup, but he was pretty sure it wouldn't fit. I did some research and couldn't find any similar fin shapes. Anyone know what it is, and what it's for? 11.5" long, 7.25" base

The shape seems kinda similar to the Takayama Halo fins.
The base looks pretty similar to a Fins Unlimited box found on most longboards.. except for the pin. Do you have a longboard to check it on?
I have a set of Halo side bites and they do seem a little smoother through turns like the marketing says. Not sure how that might be on a center fin though. Might be kinda squirrelly

Thanks for the reply. I think I figured it out. It's a fin specifically for a windsurf board, but just happens that my windsurf board has a different box so the fin isn't compatible.
