3 tab fcs 1 fins question.

Hey all, I'm looking to go purchase a board this week, I noticed the fin boxes are triple tab fcs 1.

This might seem incredibly obvious, just never encountered this before, do these take standard 2 tab fcs 1 fins? I'd much rather run 3 tabs, I can see why they're created like they are, just seems like they are incredibly hard to get a hold of, I've attached an image of one ive come across online.

I'm assuming they're compatible with the same measurements between slots, just you'd have an empty slot placing 2 tab fin into a 3 tab system.

Cheers

I had a fish awhile back that was 3 tab. Yes spacing is the same and i could put a two tab into the slots. I know that a common ailment of twins are finboxes that rip out, and I see alot of twins run futures which seems a stronger design over fcs 1 or some still stick with glassed fins, especially for classic keel designs which it would seem would put alot of pressure on boxes or plugs. Anyway, the board I had was a Lis fish shape
