Sadly your wave ski is terminally damage it doesn‘t look like it is worth fixing, passed on so somebody else can be the undertaker.
The foam is EPS with the rigid halves seamed together, the seam has failed for a large length of the rail, the spaces between the cells of the polystyrene foam may hold water, if the ski is unduly heavy then that is likely.

Do you surf? Wave skis in Australia are known as goat boats, because of the nature of many of theriders, they are neither respected or liked in the line up, attitudinally below SUPs.

Big job to have repaired, your calfl on is it worth it! Sorry

I think this thing looks completely dead, you know? It seems that these wave skis will not withstand the water pressure at high speed and will disperse under your feet in different directions, and you will fall into the water. Although a couple of times, I used a surfboard while riding in the snow. For the first time, my son told me that an old unnecessary board would be suitable for snow time, and I was doubtful. And then we tried it once. And I think he always liked skiing more than surfing. This year we are not going to Sydney, but a ski resort in America.
