Painting Surfboards

Does anyone know if poly boards and surftec boards can be spray painted?
If so, can you use car spray cans?

I'm guessing your talking about a board that's already glassed?

are the surftec the epoxy composite boards?

why do you want to paint it? is it for a repair are you looking to paint the whole board or looking to add a design to a plain board?

I wouldn't use car spray - it won't last without a decent top coat.
without proper prep the results will be not be great.
