EPpoxy board paint repairs

Hey!
Just wondering, I have an epoxy NSP board and it has a lot of paint chips and marks mainly around the rail (example in the photo). Do these need to be fixed before it goes back out in the water (will water get in)? Also what is the best way to fix these cracks and ensure they don't get bigger?

Cheers

Looks to be just paint chips. So wet sand and round out the corners of the cracks so the ends don't run. Then rattle can spray paint Semi-Gloss white like three times.

I'd just throw some Solarez (for expoxy boards) over it.
