Surfing Waves

Hi there,

I've got this foamboard that somehow got damaged with the university club, any suggestions on how to fix it up? The foam itself is intact with no visible damage but the bottom is disattached at the border and peeling right off (see photo).

Found some suggestions online to use construction adhesive and tape, but thought I'd check here first
