On my NSP short board, on my rail there is a small area (about 2-3 inches long) that is deglassed (or delaminated). Is this anything that i should be worried about? Should I get it fixed? If yes, how could I fix it?

Can't do anything if it's an NSP. Its the way they're made, so the whole deck or bottom secton of your board might be peeling off soon...

Might not be soon, but like if you drop it on that spot it might crack open, its made with two shells of glass on either side with foam shot between them, but it also could just be the foam detaching from the shell and it'll just rattle around inside it and not do anything else.
