What kind of board of this?

Postby Beachboy1997 » Mon Aug 10, 2015 6:35 pm

So my aunt got me this board but I hadn't ever seen this brand before anyone that does? That's all that's on board. Red circle with a uppercase d looking thing. And this signifier that looks like tb. Which are my initials so that's y my aunt bought it. Please get back ASAP. Thanks

Look on the bottom next to the stringer. GL? I am guessing whatever brand it is the Gerry Lopez model but then that is just a guess. Where did your aunt get it?
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

If you can be bothered, someone has a website with a lot (but not all) surfboard logos

http://www.surfcrazy.com/stanleys/html/logos.html

but be warned there are thousands of them

It's from the surf shop in Honolulu Hawaii "DRIFT surf". Shaper is Craig Kawamura

http://www.driftsurf.com/shop/surfboards/ then click on CK.

Sorry to burst your bubble there about the initials not being TB, just don't tell your aunty. CK is a very good shaper, shortboard wise. I've never seen a longboard made by him.
