Hi everybody.
Unfortunately my fin plug broke. This happened with me first time. Now on place where plug was is nothing, I cleared everything for repair. I want to repair it by myself, but i don't know what to do and which materials i have to use.
Could you help me please. Here is a photo of my board,

Hi Dumer and welcome to the forum. That will be a tricky repair. Whereabouts are you based and how much experience have you of using epoxy resins please?

Should have sent us photos BEFORE you opened up and cleared out the area. I think you made it worse. What is the size of the new plug compared to the hole you made ? You want to bore a hole through the glass just big enough for the plug to sit in.

Tape up the tail more than what's in the photo. It's going to barf up a lot of resin all over the place.

Make sure of your resin (epoxy) in this case , get the resin wrong and watch your board dissolve before your very eyes.
Tho make sure go to the brand of board's website and check the construction and their repair recommendations .
