Surfing Waves

it looks like a circular swirl / pressure ding with a line that looks like a crack that goes swirly on the bottom of my board

it seems like the cracks are internal though cuz i can feel the tiny pressure ding but in the inside theres the cracks i cant really feel them on top

got it today as went surfing ( got THE best wave of the day!! =p)

neways i duno how i got it maybe from the pressure from white water smackin my board or something its near the upper part of the bottom

ne body get these, know how there made, prevent it,

btw should i put a small drop of suncure and smooth around it? will the cracks get worse

or should i not even worry about this if its common

yea try and get us a pic, but I think I have something on my deck like that from trying to wax my board with frozen basecoat, but it hasn't leaked yet.

or are you talking about spider webs?

At first I thought that it might be your fin plugs showing through the top of your board, but from looking at the pics the mark is too close to the stringer. Unless the glass is cracked then don't worry about it as it's only a cosmetic problem, if it is cracked then sand paper it down and fill it in with some resin.

It's very strange looking, I have several pressure dings from large surf and nothing comes close to looking like that. Check that it isn't your leg rope that caused it, maybe you had your board on tightly on the roof rack of your car and the legrope or something else pushed into the glass?

its on the bottom of my board like 1/4 at the top

cant you see those cracks? you can feel the top of the cracks, it doesnt seem like major damage

but i feel the dent , and the cracks so i wonder if its something to worry about or not

funny looking...

maybe its just a foam defect?
