So my stomp pad has been peeling off, anyone got ideas on how to fix? Buddy told me superglue but not too sure!

Contact cement/adhesive (eg 3M spray 90) or very high adhesive foam tape (if you can find it eg 3M HHB). These are designed to work in water and not cause any problems to resin etc.
Superglue probably also works, but will likely break down after a while (superglue is strong but brittle; contact cement is strong but has some flexibility). Follow the instructions carefully for contact cement, its different to using glue.

Yeah contact adhesive, that stuff is great. The bond will be better than when it was new, no need to throw it away.

the stuff I suggested will last a long time - if you just want a temporary fix then get something much less strong or you will never get the pad off. I'm not sure what - maybe just waterproof craft glue or something. It wont last long but if that is all you want as a temp fix.
