Wetsuit help. Please!

This is a call to anyone from the northern mid-Atlantic to southern New England! Rhode Island would be best but the chances of that are probably slim. Anyway, two questions:
1. What would be the best thickness to get for May and June water temps? It seems like the temps are anywhere from low 50s to mid 60s. I've heard 3/2s are fine for some but others prefer 4/3s. It seems like 4/3s might be a little more expensive, but I guess it's really all about quality.
2. I only have around $200 to spend, so what's the best relatively inexpensive wetsuit? It seems like there are so many wetsuits that I'm lost on where to begin. If anyone has specific wetsuits to look at that would be super helpful. Also, I'm about 5'7" and 140 pounds. Thanks to anyone who can help.
