Futures Quad fins: F4 or Rasta Quad????

I was thinking about picking up a new set of fins for my current 5'7" hybrid-fish. Right now I'm using EA 15.2's for the front fins and QD2's in a 3.75 in the rear fins. I'm 150lbs, I was on Futures' website and their recommendation was something around 14.2-14.7 which is the F4 or Rasta quad, but I can't seem to find too much feedback on either fin. Just a bunch of marketing videos haha. I need some help picking between the two, what are the pros and cons of either fin???? Cheers guys!!!
