Hello, yesterday while surfing I noticed that one of my fins and fin box had broken through the top of my board. No idea how this happned. I don't remember hitting it on any rocks or anything. But also the fin isn't damaged what so ever. The box is lodged through the top of the board and is stuck halfway out. About 2 or 3 inches of glass around the fin box was destroyed and peeled off. The foam around it is damaged as well. The box is cracked also. My question is can I fix this? If so how much would it cost? Thanks

Unlucky Chucky, the ding ( a major one) is fixable but it would depend IMO on the overall condition of the board.
Easiest way is to post a picture and we can see what we are talking about. I wouldn't do a home job unless you know your stuff or you are willing to learn on this board and have it as a beater afterwards.
professional help needed as to cost it depends on where you live take it around several shops and see is your best option.

I agree with jaffa take it to a shop and have it professionally repaired. It is also good idea to get a quote before having the repair done. You may also ask to see some of the shops finished repairs, to see if you like their work.
