Circle One 6'6 Advice - Please help!

Hi

I've been surfing a 7'6 BIC mini-mal for the past few years. I can surf green waves but am finding it quite heavy and hard to turn so would like to move down to something smaller. I surf around 4-5 weeks per year, am 5'4 tall and weigh just under 9 stone.

I like the look of the circle one bamboo range, in particular the 6'6 Swallow tail quad board - the dimensions are 6'6, 21 1/2, 2 1/4.

I've tried out their 6'8 thruster surfboard, found it ok to surf but think I'd be better off with a bit more volume.

Does anyone have an opinion on circle one boards in general? And does the 6'6 board sound like a good option?
