Wetsuit question

Hello everyone,
Let me start off by saying. I am a small guy, 5'3, 28 inch waist, 105 pounds, 33 inch chest. Did I mention I am 23? I am like a munchkin haha.
Anyway, I purchased a Billabong FOIL, junior size, 14. I have a Quiksilver 3/2, for spring/fall, but it's a mens XS, and it's a bit bunchy in some parts, but it does the job. Not a lot of flushing. It's a chest zip. Which leads me to my question. With my FOIL, I have noticed some water seep into the back, wear the small of my back is (that little gap) and the zipper. I hear it's common. It usually happens when I dunk my head under water/wipe out. It doesnt keep filling up it seems. But it did catch me by surprise. The neck feels tight and for the most part the wetsuit feels good. Got some bunching under the arms, but no large gaps where the crotch is or anything. Going to a size 12, I just can't imagine. I have a size 14 jacket, and it fits perfect to get a size 12 wetsuit might strangle me. I know that a wetsuit keeps a thin layer of water inside to isulate you. I just want to know if it's normal. My chest zip rarely does it. I assume it's because it's a chest zip, duh. Does anyone else have this happen? Do you think it's too big?
