Hi,

i need help on which board would be best for me.
Im 6'2 and just over 15 stone. (not fat lol)
Im pretty active and started surfing again a couple weeks ago.
used to surf and skateboard years ago but hurt my back badly so stopped.

What board would be best for me do you think??? :roll:

Ive looked at a 7'4 rocker fish board but would like peoples help and opinions.

IMO, If I was your size, I would go for a 9ft longboard to get myself back into it again, then going by my progress, decide what board would suit me

Thanks for the reply. Any suggestions on boards at all?
When i rented a board a couple weeks ago it was 8ft.
I done ok and managed to stand up etc.

8ft (with plenty of volume) for someone who has experience, should get you back up and running in no time. What did you surf on before, just learning?

Any suggestions on good 8ft boards at reasonable prices?
I was using a 7ft board years ago. Havent got a clue what type it was.
Seriously wanna get a board asap.
Cant wait to get back in the water.

shop around and speak to some local shapers,... tell them what level you was at when you was last surfing! or even hire some different boards before you buy, just to get a feel for what suits you.
