Help! Ding Repair needed Manchester/North West
Posted: Fri Jul 22, 2011 7:04 pmHi People, hoping someone can help or offer advice. I have a ding in the bottom of my board (Hawaiian Soul Minimal) which I could do with getting repaired. Problem is I could do with getting it done around the Manchester/Cheshire area!
A courier kindly hooked me up with this fresh ding, it is about the size of a golf ball (in width). Not mega deep but deep enough that it has started to crack the glass layer so i'm worried it will start to soak up the salty stuff. The courier has said they will put in a claim for me to pay for the repair but want to see a copy of the quotation in order to submit the claim.
Reason I am panicking is that I am going down to Polzeath on 5th August and want to get straight out surfing, not sit around waiting for my board to be repaired and returned. Plus the courier can't do anything with my claim until they see a quotation, and I'm not going to get chance to go anywhere further than Manchester before then because of work etc, otherwise I'm sure there would be a place in North Wales.
Anyone know of anywhere/anyone who could help me out?
