FCS H-2 VS FCS FG5

I want to know your opinion about FCS H-2 and FCS FG5. I use to surf in small-medium waves, not very powerfull, I weight 85 Kg and I have a 6'2 and a 6'1 surfboard. I'm in doubt about buying medium size or large.
