I was thinking about buying a Circle One 6'11" Custom Wing Swallow Tail Funboard Thruster. I was recommended this board by
the owner of my local surf shop and he made me a good offer. I'm 6 foot 1 and 12 stone and will be riding a 4-8 foot swell.Does anyone
who owns this board or has ridden it recommend it?

Do you have a photo of the board? Also are you a beginner or intermediate surfer?

The outline of the board looks fine. The board looks like fun. I would say that shape will be fine in small to med size waves, but if you take it in 6'-8' surf it may not hold in that well. The outline of that board is to help it plane on top of the water in small to med sized surf, so if you get it into some bigger waves those features make it harder to control. For bigger surf you want a more pulled in tail like a round pin tail, or a step up board.
