Hamboard Tutorial?

Anyways, I'm trying to figure out how to make these really awesome longboard skateboards called Hamboards and was wondering if anyone has made some homemade ones before. If you could help me through the process that would be awesome, because I'm only 16 and don't exactly have 600$ to throw away on a skateboard.
