Fish Surfbords. Help needed!

I thinking about buying a new surfboard. I already have a 6'0" shortboard but i can't ride it on those days when the waves are small or "weak".
I've heard good things about epoxy boards... Are they really lighter?
I'de like to buy a fish surboard, maybe twin or quad fin,but i don´t know which size and material should i buy....
I have 1.83 m and 65 kg. What would you recommend?
