Bit rough but looks like its all sealed up. Just make sure it's water tight and you're set. Don't worry too much about making it look pretty unless you are planning on opening a ding repair business. You'll be surprised how much more room you'll be given in the line up with a board with a lot of "character".

Might give Strandhill a miss this year mate, banks are a bit crap so far. Got nailed by a big swell the other week and there is one bank working on small swells just waiting to see how it handles a bit bigger and we can see if that big swell knocked some shape into it. That said, if you have a few quid to spend on petrol or a few mates to share the bill, a map and a sense of adventure there are literally hundreds of breaks within 50 miles either way along the coast.

Been down to Fanore a few times but never seen it work properly. Looks pretty fickle, but I'm of the mindset that every beach has its day. Would love to catch it "on". Saw a pod of dolphins in the water last time I was down there.

oh ya that dolphin is there alot, i was talking to someone one day that had been swimming with the dolphin for 9 years and also it is femail also fanore was really good last wendsday,.
the funny thing about the dolphin is that if there is only a few people there and they ignore the dolphin she will come to you and get you to pet her.
