I was just wondering if it's possible to replace a broken set of glassed on fins with FCS/Future fin system or would one better be off buying a board with a removable fin system?

How much would it cost and is it worth the cash to convert?

I would charge around £50 to remove a set of glass on's and fit in a set of fcs/euro fin plugs(fins not supplied). Only you can decide if you think the board is worth it. Do you plan to ravel with this board then?

Yes. Can you tell me about the process? Would the shaper/glasser need to remove the entire laminate before screwing in fin plugs?

Remove fins, sand, fit the plugs, re-hot coat, re-sand. No.
