Surf Hire Boards

I am trying to start my own surfhire business in the uk. I have contacted surfboard manufacturers in china to get my own softop boards made and sent to the uk but dont know what kind of quality they are and hence a bit dubious of buying them if they are just gonna sink or break after a couple days. Does anyone know of any cheap but reliable beginner board manufacturers? And bulk buy for wetsuits?

I'm going to start a surf hire buisness and i'd like you guys to do the initial research for me! Perhaps you'd like us to build your warehouse and rent the boards out for you as well?
Great first post on the forum. :bang:

Nice reply - If youz a Brit you would understand the sentiment.

Now listen here dude, and the rest of you;

????? China factories and sample product ?????

In my experience you get one of two things:

ONE:
One batch of good samples, sign off then get complete shite.

TWO:
Nothing, nana, nowt after having spent a small fortune on research, deposit, even a visit there!
Recourse ?
(You'd have to pay a xxxxx load for this information from a consultant, and I mean a xxxxx load) - Here it comes:
Some factories are army discipline centers - you try and sue for loss ?... boom - factory closed and no-one to go after, you loose.

Yeah, some China rocked, like Crocks (I missed there - I could have got crocks for 89p a pair  before they took off, and wheelies too for 89p a pair), but alas most China blind wishful thinking is a poor choice.

I don’t know how to get good China, I have not the spare moolah to investigate, so I’m gonna build my own stuff. I have one registered trademark, am waiting for two more and am paying to protect my product and other possibilities with over 50 domain names !.

So you are starting a surf business too ?

How can you possibly expect people to give you free beneficial business advice when their own lively hoods are fooked because of the very China boards you mention ? !!!

Cheap China imports = no UK surf industry = loss of UK jobs and you ask how to do Cheap China !

Dude. No offence but we all might as well pay you from our own pockets allowing you to sit on your ass as that is what your question is tantamount to !

Mind you:
If you do make it – well done !

You’d have been a better business than many others who have failed – and then consider how you would have reacted to your very own question !!!!

God luck to all irrespective.
