Surfing Waves

Like the product says, it's great! Not surf related at all....or is it? It basically fills up cracks and crap really well. I'm wondering, just for fun, do you think you could shape a board out of this stuff if you built a mold for it and found some way to waterproof it etc? here's a link http://greatstuff.dow.com/products/index.htm
