Hey guys. New surfer here. :)

Looking to get a leg rope. There isn't much info on the net, my board is 6'5", what size should i get?

It'll just be on small waves, nothing too big...

Hi onfire23, welcome to Surfing Waves
Take a look at our choose a surfboard leash guide, it might help with the choice.

Lenght wise 6ft if plenty long. As to what to get, double swivle will keep it from curling in the water and bothering you take offs. Also, I prefer the thinner solid leashes, they don't stretch as far so don't get the board propelled towards me after a whipeout.

oh alright. thanks. i wasn't sure, cause different people were telling me different things.

sometimes longer than your board, sometimes shorter.

the people at the surf shop were telling me shorter but that guide was telling me to go longer. haha.

cheers guys

I go for a leash close to the same length as the board im riding. Hasnt failed me yet. Bigger boards having longer leashes then my shortboards
